MoneyPrinterTurbo is a free, open-source AI tool that automatically generates complete short videos from just a topic or keyword. You type in what you want — and it does everything:
- Writes the video script using AI (Google Gemini, GPT, Claude, etc.)
- Finds matching HD stock footage automatically (Pexels, Pixabay)
- Generates a natural AI voiceover in 100+ languages
- Burns in subtitles with custom fonts and colors
- Adds background music
The final video is ready to upload directly to Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or TikTok. **No editing skills needed.**
⭐ Why this tool? MoneyPrinterTurbo is an open-source video-generation workflow. Check the linked repository for its current license and supported integrations. Provider usage, stock-media terms and hardware costs can apply; this guide does not claim unlimited free generation or a verified popularity ranking.

Fast Python package manager — handles everything automatically
Open PowerShell (press `Win + X`, then click "Terminal") and paste this command:
powershell -ExecutionPolicy ByPass -c "irm https://astral.sh/uv/install.ps1 | iex"After it finishes, close the terminal and open a new one. Verify it installed:
uv --versionYou should see a version number. If not, restart your computer and try again.
🍎 Mac / Linux Run `curl -LsSf https://astral.sh/uv/install.sh | sh` instead.
2. Clone the Repository
Download the MoneyPrinterTurbo project to your computer
Run these commands one by one in your terminal:
cd D:\Downloads
git clone https://github.com/harry0703/MoneyPrinterTurbo.git
cd MoneyPrinterTurbo⚠️ Don't have Git? Download it from [git-scm.com/downloads](https://git-scm.com/downloads) — install with all default options.
3. Install Python & Dependencies
One command installs everything you need
Still inside the `MoneyPrinterTurbo` folder, run:
uv python install 3.11
uv sync --frozenThis installs Python 3.11 and all required packages. A `.venv` folder will appear — that's normal. Takes 2–3 minutes the first time.
4. Get Free API Keys
Two free keys — takes 2 minutes each
4A · Google Gemini API Key (FREE) Powers the AI script writing.
- Go to [aistudio.google.com/apikey](https://aistudio.google.com/apikey)
- Sign in with your Google account
- Click "Create API Key"
- Select any Google Cloud project (or create one)
- Copy the key — it starts with `AIza...`
- Save it somewhere safe
4B · Pexels API Key (FREE) Provides the HD stock footage.
- Go to [pexels.com/api](https://www.pexels.com/api/)
- Create a free account
- Click "Your API Key" in your dashboard
- Copy the API key
- Save it somewhere safe
5. Configure config.toml

Troubleshooting
Common issues and their fixes
"moov atom not found" error
Video generation was interrupted. Simply re-run the generate command — it will create a fresh video.
WinError 32 (file locked)
The video may actually be complete. Check `final-1.mp4` — if it's larger than 10MB, try playing it. It's probably fine.
Unicode encoding errors in terminal
Harmless Windows console display issue. Doesn't affect video generation at all — ignore it.
WebUI button not responding
Streamlit sometimes has click issues. Use the CLI method (Step 8) instead — it's more reliable.
Video has no audio
Make sure your internet is stable. AI voiceover is generated online via Microsoft Edge TTS. If the connection drops during generation, audio may fail.
